Dana Jewell - This Land pt.3

The Craters are a new band with a 'chillwave' sound.
The Craters - Cool Enough For School
The Craters - Weekends Or Not

Not so New Tuneage....

Iron & Wine is amazing. May not be the manliest of music but this guy is a poet. Ok that's not manly either. Any how listen to one of his jams while I go shoot a gun at a whiskey bottle sitting in a flaming car.

Communion Cups & Someone's Coat - Iron & Wine

Oh and wrestle a bear....

New Tunes....

Can't get enough of this song. The Temper Trap hails from Melbourne Australia. They have a 'shoegaze' sound with pulsing guitars and some synth. Give them a view. Here is their video for "Sweet Disposition"

New Tunes....

Vampire Weekend just announced their new album and leaked a track. It's called contra and its due out Jan 12.

The new jams pretty good check it out
White Sky - Vampire Weekend

Just the Florida rain...

I'm on a folk binge right now. This guy is amazing. He has a very somber voice that floats over a ghostly sounding guitar. Check out his top song "Florida Rain". (Couldnt find the song hosted so clicking it will take you to itunes)

New Tunes....

Currently into Local Natives. The are a Freak Folk (indie folk) band from Silver Lake, California. Check out Airplanes and Camera Talk. You wont be disappointed.
